Salina Cruz LNG Project - Mexico

• Mid-Scale LNG liquefaction facility (in development) strategically located on Mexico’s Pacific Coast at the Port of Salina Cruz
• Salina Cruz LNG is a 50/50 Joint Venture between GFI International and Pilot LNG
• Focus on LNG as a marine fuel for the west coast, north to Southern California and south to the Pacific entrance to the Panama Canal   

Galveston LNG Bunker Port (GLBP) - USA

• LNG bunker terminal (in development) to supply clean burning LNG to the rapidly expanding fleet of LNG-fueled vessels
• Serving the greater Galveston Bay Port Complex
• Agreement executed with Seapath Group (a US subsidiary of the Libra Group) for the funding of the initial development and financing for construction upon final investment decision (FID)

FSRU Import Terminal - Ireland

• Agreement executed for the exclusive development of an FSRU import terminal with the Port of Cork Company
• The terminal development in the Whitegate area of Cork Harbour, with a short pipeline lateral to Gas Networks Ireland’s main gas pipeline transmission system
• Will provide a “Security of Supply” backstop for the Island or Ireland’s energy needs
